There were 35 new cases of Coronavirus in West Oxfordshire during the week from 26 September to 2 October. That was an increase of 27 on the previous week.


That equates to 32 cases per 100,000 of population. The average for the whole of England for the same period was 52 cases per 100,000.


So far there have been a total of 652 cases in this District up to 5 October, i.e. cases where there has been a positive test for the virus. There were 121 deaths in the District up to 25 September, i.e. deaths where Covid-19 is mentioned on the death certificate.
