Oxfordshire Artweeks, the UK’s oldest and biggest open studios and pop-up exhibition event, returns to Oxfordshire this year for three weeks in May (4th-27th) to showcase the art of up to 2000 artists, including more than 200 who are new to the festival for 2024. In our locality the relevant week is for north and west Oxfordshire running from 4 to 12 May. Oxford City and South Oxfordshire have their turns in the following two weeks.
In our immediate neighbourhood there are three exhibitions at Asthall Barrow Farm which is just off the Windmill Roundabout at the west end of the Witney Bypass (OX18 4HJ):
Guen Palmer: Jewellery
Christopher Townsend and Glynn Alcock: Sculpture
Nic Vickery: Drawings and paintings
A number of artists are exhibiting at the Burford Garden Company.
