Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a theft in Burford.
"At 8.45 am on Thursday, 28 October 2021 a man was approached by two females and asked for directions. The females then hugged the male and stole his Rolex watch in the process.
This offence matches a series of offences in the area where elderly males are being approached by two females and having expensive watches stolen.
The females are described as having Spanish accents.
Investigating officer P1698 PC Philip Morris of the Smarter Resolution Team based at Banbury police station said, "We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have information to call our 24-hour enquiry centre on: 101, quoting reference: 43210486553."
